Every unit signed off before it goes back to you.
A clean is only finished when someone other than the cleaner has checked it. Every unit we turn gets a walkthrough, a photo record, and a sign-off before we hand it back.
How a unit gets released
Clean to the checklist
The housekeeper works the unit against the same room-by-room checklist on every turn, built around your listing and your brand standards.
Lead walkthrough
A lead walks the unit after the clean and checks it against that list, the way a hotel inspector checks a room before it goes back on the board.
Photograph the condition
We photograph each room on the way out, so you have a dated record of how the unit looked before the next guest walked in.
Flag what is open
Anything we could not fix on the turn gets logged with photos and a note: damage, missing items, maintenance, or a deep-clean need.
Sign off and release
Only then does the unit go back to you as guest-ready, with the checklist, the photos, and the open items attached.
What we check
The checklist adapts to your units, but every walkthrough covers the places guests notice first and reviews mention most.
Kitchen
Counters, appliances inside and out, dishes and cookware put away, coffee and starter supplies set, trash out.
Bathrooms
Fixtures, glass, grout, and floors, towels folded to standard, toiletries stocked, no hair, no water marks.
Bedrooms and linens
Fresh linens on every bed, made to the same standard, spare sets where you keep them, under-bed and closet checked.
Living areas
Floors, surfaces, and upholstery, remotes and guides in place, furniture back where the listing photos show it.
Amenities and restock
Paper, soap, and consumables counted and topped up to your par levels, so a guest never opens an empty cabinet.
Access and safety
Windows and doors locked, smart lock and thermostat set the way you want them, and anything unsafe flagged straight away.
When something is wrong
Problems get cheaper the earlier you hear about them. We tell you the day we find them.
Damage
Photographed and logged on the turn, so you can take it up with the guest or the platform with a record in hand.
Maintenance
Leaks, broken fixtures, and appliance problems reported with photos, so your maintenance team arrives knowing what to bring.
Deep-clean needs
When a unit needs more than a standard turn, we tell you before the next arrival and can schedule the extra work.
Supply gaps
Low stock and worn OS&E called out before they run out, not after a guest messages about it.
