What we cover, and what shapes your rate.
Every portfolio is different, so we do not publish a rate card. Here is what a standard turn includes, what you can add, and how we build a rate around your units.
Included in every turn
Full turnover clean
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas cleaned to our room-by-room checklist.
Linens and towels
Beds stripped and made with fresh linens, towels replaced and folded to standard.
Amenity setup
Toiletries, coffee, paper, and starter supplies set to match your listing.
Inspection and sign-off
A lead walks every unit before it goes back to you as guest-ready.
Condition record
Photos of every room on every turn, with damage and maintenance issues flagged.
Services you can add
Deep cleans
Scheduled deep cleans between turns, or one-off resets when a unit needs more than a standard clean.
Mid-stay refresh
Refresh visits on longer stays: fresh linens and towels, a tidy, and a restock.
Offsite laundry
We collect, wash, and return linens offsite, so units do not tie up in-unit machines between turns.
Restock and OS&E
We manage consumables to your par levels and replace worn operating equipment, from towels to cookware.
New unit setup
Getting a new unit ready to list: a full clean, linens and amenities set, and a baseline condition record.
How the scope review works
Tell us about the portfolio
Send us your unit count, unit mix, and markets through the scope review form, or email us.
We walk the details with you
Turns per week, the time between checkout and check-in, laundry, restock, access, and any brand standards.
You get a written scope and rate
A written scope that spells out what we cover on each turn, and a rate built for that portfolio.
